Mary Shea
Mary Shea is a principal analyst serving Forrester’s B2B sales and marketing professionals. In this role, she works with the world’s leading brands and most innovative technology providers to help them optimize their go-to-market and product strategies. As an industry thought leader, Mary helps clients recognize and prepare for emergent buy- and sell-side trends. Her research analyzes key sales technologies and how these solutions are transforming buying and selling.
Previous Work Experience
Mary has significant operational experience, having held general management, commercial leadership, business development, and marketing positions at companies ranging from high-growth startups to publicly traded firms.
Prior to rejoining Forrester, Mary was an adjunct professor of marketing at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, where she created and taught a course called “Building Effective Go-To-Market Organizations,” designed to arm future business leaders with the knowledge, strategies, and frameworks to succeed in the 21st-century global marketplace.

Sumeet Wadhwa
Sumeet is the Global EV & Growth Unit Director for Castrol – lubricants business of bp plc. He is an authentic & passionate business leader with over two decades of extensive Sales, Marketing, Strategy and Digital innovation experience. He has worked across B2C, B2B & B2B2C domains in a wide spectrum of country, regional, global and start-up roles with exposure to key markets across the world and deep knowledge of Asia & Pacific, India & China regions. Prior to his current role, he has held a variety of leadership roles at Castrol including Global Channel Marketing Director, Marketing Director – ASEAN etc. Sumeet is passionate about making a difference and is known for his high energy and commitment. His core belief is that creating a strong sense of purpose and energising people to achieve their true potential is key for maximising value for the business and the wider community.

Harley Young
Harley Young leads the AWS Partner Solutions Architecture team in ASEAN. He and his team work with AWS partners to achieve their business aspirations with prescriptive business and technical enablement and certification, and to support those partners as they work with customers to deliver a resounding impact. In previous roles at AWS, Harley led the Migrations Solutions Architecture team in ASEAN, and the AWS Professional Services business in Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining AWS, Harley led business and technology transformations with Deloitte Digital in the US and Canada where he owned modernisation of front-end engineering systems and processes for multi-national oil and gas companies to help them pull the next billion people out of poverty.

Kushal Bhomick
Kushal oversees the development and implementation of revenue and customer growth initiatives at TeamStreamz. Before joining the founding team of TeamStreamz, Kushal was with Oracle for over a decade in various Sales leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Japan – building and scaling successful sales and customer success operations. He dreams of “organizations of the future” which will need to harness mobility, data and behavioral sciences. Kushal has a MBA from NUS Business School and a Masters degree in Organizational Behavior from INSEAD.
